By using BlackBox at getblackbox.io, you agree to these terms of service.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.

BlackBox is operated by Heal Ventures LLC, a Nevada limited liability company located in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.

Description of Service

BlackBox provides marketing attribution analytics for Shopify stores. We track where your sales come from by analyzing customer journeys and traffic sources.

The service requires connection to your Shopify store to function properly.

Related Properties

We operate shopifyappauthority.com, which reviews Shopify apps and provides educational content about e-commerce.

• shopifyappauthority.com has its own separate terms of service
• Using one site does not obligate you to use the other
• Both sites are operated by Heal Ventures LLC

Account Registration

To use BlackBox, you must:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain one account per business/store
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at healventuresllc@gmail.com

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

• 14 days free trial
• No credit card required to start
• Full access to all features during trial

Paid Plan

• $29/month after trial ends
• Billed monthly via Stripe
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime via dashboard or by emailing healventuresllc@gmail.com
• No refunds for partial months
• Access continues until end of billing period

Price Changes

• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Notice will be sent via email
• Existing customers grandfathered at current rate for 6 months after price increase

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Abuse the service: Spam, hack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Violate Shopify Terms: Comply with Shopify's Terms of Service
• Share your account: Each account is for one business only
• Reverse engineer: Attempt to copy or recreate our software
• Scrape data: Use automated tools to extract data from our service
• Illegal activities: Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate termination of your account.

Your Data and Content

• You retain ownership of all data from your Shopify store
• You grant us a license to process your data to provide the attribution service
• We do not claim ownership of your store data
• You can export and delete your data anytime via the dashboard
• Upon account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days

Our Intellectual Property

• BlackBox software, code, and algorithms are proprietary to Heal Ventures LLC
• Trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our software
• shopifyappauthority.com content is also protected by copyright

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

Third-Party Services

BlackBox integrates with third-party services:

• Shopify: Subject to Shopify Terms of Service
• Stripe: Subject to Stripe Terms

We are not responsible for third-party service availability, performance, or data handling.

Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime
• No guarantee of uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via email
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

Heal Ventures LLC total liability for any claims arising from your use of BlackBox is limited to the lesser of: (a) $100, or (b) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heal Ventures LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your use of BlackBox
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your store data or how you use our service

Termination

You can cancel anytime:

• Via your dashboard settings
• By emailing healventuresllc@gmail.com
• Access continues until end of current billing period
• Data deleted within 30 days after termination

We can terminate your account:

• For Terms of Service violations with 7 days notice
• Immediately for illegal activities or severe abuse
• With 30 days notice if we discontinue the service

Upon termination:

• Access to BlackBox ends immediately
• You have 7 days to export your data before deletion
• All data permanently deleted after 30 days
• No refunds for early termination

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time:

• Minor changes: Posted on this page, effective immediately
• Material changes: 30 days notice via email to healventuresllc@gmail.com
• Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms
• If you disagree with changes, you must cancel your account

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada
• Both parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in Nevada courts
• Nevada law applies without regard to conflict of law provisions

Arbitration (Optional)

As an alternative to court proceedings, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration:

• Arbitration conducted in Clark County, Nevada
• Governed by American Arbitration Association rules
• Each party bears their own legal costs
• Arbitration decision is final and binding

You may opt-out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of account creation at healventuresllc@gmail.com.
